Faculty Development Program (FDP) Organized by: ICFAI Business School Date: 2nd August 2025 Venue: Hotel Shelton, Rajamahendravaram Theme: “Knowledge Sharing Program – The Power of Doing: Knowing the Art of Developing Action Skills Among Our Students” We are pleased to share that our faculty members actively participated in the Faculty Development Program organized by ICFAI Business School on 2nd August 2025 at Hotel Shelton, Rajamahendravaram. Themed “The Power of Doing: Knowing the Art of Developing Action Skills Among Our Students”, the FDP focused on innovative teaching strategies, experiential learning, and practical methods to nurture students’ action-oriented skills. This knowledge-sharing program served as a platform for educators to explore new pedagogical practices, engage in meaningful dialogue, and collaborate on approaches to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. We extend our sincere thanks to ICFAI Business School for organizing such an insightful and impactful session.

ది.15.07.2025 న స్థానిక ఆంధ్ర కేసరి డిగ్రీ కళాశాలలో శ్రీమతి దుర్గాబాయ్ దేశముఖ్ జయంతి వేడుకలు నిర్వహించి విగ్రహానికి పూలమాలలు వేశారు అనంతరం ఇన్ఛార్జ్ ప్రిన్సిపాల్ వి. ఉదయ కిరణ్ గారు మాట్లాడుతూ దుర్గాబాయ్ దేశముఖ్ 116 వ జయంతి సందర్భంగా సమాజానికి ఆవిడ చేసిన కృషి ఆంధ్ర మహిళా సభ అనే మహిళల కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా స్థాపించిన సంస్థ ద్వారా అనేక పేద మహిళలకు విద్య, వైద్యం, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు కల్పించారు, నేషనల్ సోషల్ వెల్ఫేర్ బోర్డు, రాజ్యాంగ సభ సభ్యురాలిగా ఆమె చేసిన సూచనలు భారత రాజ్యాంగ రూపుదిద్దకానికి మార్గదర్శకంగా నిలిచాయి అని తెలిపారు. బి. వి. అప్పారావు గారు మాట్లాడుతూ దుర్గాబాయి దేశముఖ్ ధైర్య సాహసాలు గూర్చి హిందీ భాష అభివృద్ధి కోసం చేసిన కృషి, రాజమహేంద్రి కి ఆమెకు ఉన్న అనుబంధం గూర్చి వివరించారు. అనంతరం కళాశాల విద్యార్థిని టి. హేమలత మాట్లాడుతూ దుర్గాబాయి బాల్య విషయాలు గూర్చి తెలిపారు.ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఎస్. వి. మార్కండేయులు గారు, వి. సర్వేశ్వర రావు గారు, ఎన్. త్రివేణి గారు, టి. శ్యామల గారు,టి. వి. వి. పద్మావతి గారు, పి. రాంబాబు గారు, ఎల్. మదన్ మోహన్ గారు,ఎం. పరిమళ గారు, బి. సాయి లలిత గారు, డి. రాఘవేంద్ర చందు గారు , విద్యార్థిని, విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
